Most of us (including me \ud83d\udc81\u200d\u2642\ufe0f ) do not have a set schedule, we do not have a set of tasks \u2705 that we complete each day at the same time.
While this might not seem like something that’ll be the difference in success and failure, I still lead with this sentence, why\u2049<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udca1 For someone like me who does not thrive in chaos and likes to know what needs to get done beforehand, doing the same daily tasks over and over again for 5 days out of 7 provides a massive boost in performance (not only task-specific performance but it seems to overflow into general life results and direction)\ud83d\udca1
These repetitive tasks need to have the following features to be able to create a positive impact on your life:
\ud83c\udff9 They need to be constructive or creative (like meditating, journalling, exercising, waking up early, reading, researching, writing, etc.)
\ud83c\udff9 They are to be done at the same (or similar) time each day.
\ud83c\udff9 The results are best when these are done at least 4 to 5 days in a week.
\ud83c\udff9 The amount of minutes you put into a particular task does not matter as much as doing it consistently does.
The idea behind this is that planning and living your days within a designed framework for long enough will eventually give structure to your life.
\u21a9 A small caveat to this is that if you are someone who thrives in disorder and has flow-state experiences every other day of the week, you just keep on keeping on! (But such people are rare and most of us have learn to be successful) <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
